RICHARD KLIN is a writer based in New York’s Hudson Valley, educated at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. His work—both fiction and nonfiction—has been featured on Public Radio International’s Studio 360 and has appeared in the Atlantic, the Brooklyn Rail, the Forward, Akashic Books’ “Thursdaze” series, Flyover Country Review, and others.  

Klin is the author of Petroleum Transfer Engineer, published in 2018 via Underground Voices, whose satirical and witty prose captures the essence of a gas station attendant in the 1980’s South Jersey. He also authored Something to Say (2011), a series of profiles of various artists discussing the intersection of art and politics, and Abstract Expressionism for Beginners (2016) which sums up one of the most influential art movements in history and the forces that shaped it.

LILY PRINCE is an American artist who transforms the natural into the surreal, who works toes the line between dream and reality. Prince earned her B.F.A. from Rhode Island School of Design, her M.F.A. from Bard College and attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. In 2020, Prince was awarded the prestigious Pollock-Krasner Grant in painting. Prince exhibits widely both nationally and internationally and has done commissions for the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and numerous hotels. 532 Gallery Thomas Jaeckel, NY and Basel, Switzerland, represents Prince’s work. Prince has had 12 solo shows and been included in over 100 group shows here and abroad. 

Lily Prince’s work has appeared in over 50 publications, including 2 books, and she has lectured widely. Residencies include the historic Olana; Draftsmen’s Congress, The New Museum, NY; BAU Institute, Italy; and Galerie Huit, Arles, France. Prince travels often to draw en plein air all around the U.S., as well as in Italy, France, Ireland and the U.K. Prince maintains a studio in an 1850’s barn in NY’s Hudson Valley. Now, after 30 years as an associate professor, Prince teaches online and offers in-person workshops.
