MICHAL ZAHOMACKY is a visual artist who photographs human shapes. He lives and works in Slovakia. In recent years, he has been inspired by topics such as identity, dynamics, traditions, and the body, attempting to create a thin line between reality and fiction. Michal’s work focuses on certain aspects of the subject, pointing to a specific thought or emotion. Using light and shades, the subject is emphasized by the structure. By doing so, the photograph plays with the viewer's expectations, allowing them to wander off and connect with other ideas and emotions or focus and absorb

His work has been exhibited in Shanghai, Beijing (China), Paris (France), Bratislava (Slovakia), Krnov (Czech Republic), and Belchatow (Poland), and he has received several awards, particularly from FAPA (Fine Art Photography Awards), Paris Photo Award, reFocus Award, and PX3 Paris Photo Award.

His IG account and website (the latter is currently being redesigned) feature more of his work.
