ALEXIS KRASILOVSKY is a poet, filmmaker, and educator. She is the author of Watermelon Linguistics: New and Selected Poems and has contributed to numerous anthologies, including Reclamation: A Survivors AnthologyWomen Write Resistance: Poets Resist Gender Violence, and To L.A. With Love. She studied at Yale University and received an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts. Her poetry films and documentary work have been presented internationally, including screenings at the Museum of Modern Art.
