Nomads

Nomad he is,

in airports, malls, and stadiums.

Reach out and touch me,

for I am here,

though disheveled I may be.

Puppy pleading,

bleeding,

clipped tail wagging,

for I am here,

though disheveled I may be.

Nomad I am,

conjuring an oasis, a mirage?

yet I am not lost,

for I am always here,

though disheveled I may be.
