LAURA ANN REED is the author of the chapbook Homage to Kafka (Poetry Box, 2025). Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Cathexis Northwest, The Laurel Review, Wildness, and Humana Obscura, among other journals, as well as in thirteen anthologies, including Poetry of PresenceII (Grayson Books, 2023) and Bearing Witness:Poems for Troubled Times (Sligo Creek, 2026).

Born in Berkeley, California, Reed studied at the University of California, Berkeley, and at Aix-Marseille University in France. She holds master’s degrees in clinical psychology and performing arts.
