Through painting, photography, poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction, this issue explores the possibilities and limitations of sensory experience. The works that you are about to enccounter move between perception and memory, the familiar and the strange, what the body encounters and what the mind attempts to understand.
What we experience through the senses may exceed what language can hold, and perhaps that’s where art begins.
