Al viento is a contemplative film that captures the Levante wind along the coast of Cádiz, Spain. In this work, the wind, often fierce and unrelenting, becomes visible as it drives the sand toward the sea, sculpting the landscape with its raw force.

The film meditates on the shifting nature of the Levante. Once a powerful and constant presence, it now seems to have lost some of its strength. This change raises questions: Has the wind itself weakened over the past few decades, or has my perception evolved with time? Is its fading intensity an illusion, or could it be tied to the broader impacts of climate change, as some research suggests?

Al viento invites the viewer to experience the mesmerizing force of the wind and reflect on the intersection of nature, perception, and time—while contemplating the larger, often invisible forces that may be reshaping our environment.
